Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Administration & Corporate Relations and Secretary
Goodreau has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and has led the Administration & Corporate Relations function since our inception. He was appointed as Senior Vice President in February 2007. Prior to joining SUA, Goodreau worked as Vice President and General Counsel for AscendantOne, Inc., a business unit of Insurance Services Office, Inc. in the insurance technology field. Goodreau also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a real estate development company and was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel in its corporate department. Goodreau is a graduate of Harvard Law School. |
